A representation dated 22nd April, 2023 was sent to the Project Director, BSPRO, Panchayati Raj Department, Patna for revising their tender by prescribing minimum fee.
A representation dated 22nd April, 2023 was sent to the Director, National Centre for Earth Science Studies, Trivandrum for revising their tender by prescribing minimum fee.
A representation dated 22nd April, 2023 was sent to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh for revising their tender for appointment of auditor by bifurcating the job of preparation of accounts and audit thereof, confining statutory audit only to Chartered Accountants or CA firms, removing restrictive qualification requirements, and prescribing minimum fee.
A representation dated 20th April, 2023 was sent to the Chairman, Himachal Pradesh Rural Development & Employment Guarantee Society for revising their tender for engagement of Chartered Accountant for audit of MGNREGA Funds to cover more number of CA firms for each District and also by prescribing minimum fee.

A representation dated 17th April, 2023 was sent to the Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India for revising their tender for appointment of auditor by prescribing minimum fee.
A representation dated 17th April, 2023 was sent to the Chief Executive Officer, Assam Skill University Project, Guwahati for revising their tender for engagement of Chartered Accountant firm for conducting external audit by prescribing minimum fee.
A representation dated 17th April, 2023 was sent to the Secretary General, All India Football Federation for revising their tender for engagement of statutory auditor for the year 2022-23 by prescribing minimum fee.
A representation dated 16th April, 2023 was sent to the HoD, Internal Audit, Eastern Coalfields Limited for extending the date of submission of tender for appointment of internal auditors for the years 2023-24 to 2025-26.
